Andrew E. Diediker
Co-Founder & Senior Advisor Andrew’s passion for serving seniors began early while working as a dietary aide in his hometown of Laurel, Nebraska. After four years of active duty in the U.S. Army and later transitioning to the Army Reserve, he pursued a degree in Recreational Therapy specializing in geriatrics, followed by a Master’s in Healthcare Administration.
With extensive experience supporting seniors across clinical and community settings, Andrew brings deep knowledge, steady guidance, and unwavering commitment to every family he serves.
HANNAH E. DIEDIKER, CSA
Certified Senior Advisor ®
Co-Founder & Senior Advisor Hannah grew up in Hartington, NE and began serving seniors as a dietary aide. While in the US Army Reserve, she earned degrees in exercise science and physical therapy, becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Her work in outpatient orthopedics and senior home healthcare gives her a strong understanding of how moving into a senior living community impacts physical and cognitive health.
Tiffany Eggett
Senior Living Advisor With over 10 years of experience in senior care, Tiffany brings calm, compassion, and a true heart for supporting families during pivotal moments. As a lifelong Council Bluffs resident and mental health advocate, she understands the emotional toll that care decisions can take.
